1. Eligibility for Refunds & Disputes

    • After 3 hours, refunds and disputes will not be accepted, as we utilize paid tools and resources to generate your vehicle inspection report.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

    • ● Once the report has been processed and delivered, refunds will not be issued.
    • ● Refunds are not applicable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect VIN or vehicle details).

3. Dispute Resolution

    • ● If a customer believes there is an issue with their report, they must contact us within the 3-hour window to request a review.
    • ● We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution accordingly.

Valid refund reasons:

  • ● You were charged twice for the same report.
